The elders of our church are fellow members of the body of Christ and are in a position of servitude to the body of Christ as a whole, shepherding and leading as God directs. In no way does this elevate them above any other person; they are simply in the position for which God has called them, serving the Lord by serving their brothers and sisters.

Our teachers serve the Lord by serving their brothers and sisters in Christ through the ministry of the Word of God.
